Famous ThermoFive with Fiona Hoskin

My FAMOUS THERMOFIVE interview with Fiona Hoskin.
I met Fee when I first started my Thermomix business over 6 years ago & she even delivered me my first Thermomix!! I have learnt so much from her over those years & I’m so grateful for her awesome infectious positivity & friendship – Check out her website here.

1. What do you love about your Thermomix?

I love it’s versatility – how it can do the work of so many other kitchen appliances.

2. What is your favourite Thermomix cookbook or Thermomix recipe?

The basic chip! Great for the go-to guide to egg poaching etc.

3. What is your top Thermomix tip?

To spend some time researching how your Thermomix can save you time, money, and space, while helping you cut down on store bought foods and things in plastic while also cooking you highly nutritious foods. That way you can get the maximum benefit from it.

4. What is your quick & easy go to Thermomix meal?

Curried anything! Homemade from scratch! Yum!

5. Which Thermomix recipe/s do you want to try next?

Next on my list to try are vegan recipes as I’m getting increasing requests for dairy free meals.

Thanks so much Fee for taking the time to answer my questions. See more Famous ThermoFive interviews here.

Kiwi Collection on Cookidoo

Lamb Cutlets with Spinach & Pea Puree

My Mum & her family are from New Zealand so as soon as I saw thew Kiwi collection on cookidoo I knew I had to try some of the recipes. I made the afghan biscuits with my nephews too & they loved it! A recipe our Mum used to always make for us. The thing I like about this Lamb recipe is you use a pan to sear the lamb & the Thermomix is used for a marinade for the Lamb before it goes into the oven & then a red wine jus is made in the pan & the spinach & pea puree is made in the Thermomix. it tasted amazing too!!

Afghans – Mum used to make these all the time & we loved them!!
