I absolutely love this recipe for Tikka Paste found in the Thermomix Indian Cookbook. It’s like pure gold, maximum flavour & a timer saver for weekday meals like Butter Chicken 🙂

I always make sure I have some in the fridge in case of emergency – it can be used as a marinade for any proteins before you grill them. Also if you can’t even be bothered to make the butter chicken recipe you can just add your cream with a bit of extra tikka paste to the marinated chicken & cook it for a nice easy dinner with rice & steamed veggies.
