Quince paste is so easy with the Thermomix, I have tried lots of different recipes but I love one where you do not peel the quinces, the less work the possible – the better. My nephew made 2 batches using the TMix+ recipe, so I thought I would give it a go too & I wasn’t disappointed 🙂
